In this bronze owl sculpture, I continue to explore simplified forms and volumes, whilst reducing detail to emphasize presence. This contemporary bronze owl sculpture focuses on the Owl as archetype. By not specifying a particular species, the owl serves as a symbol of mystery, wisdom, and watchfulness. Its pose, as if about to take flight, is both vigilant and apprehensive. A collectible and modern sculpture which is cast in hand-finished bronze and available in a limited edition of only eight casts plus four artist's copies.
